F.D.M. Family Dog Mediator
My path to dog training wasn’t a straight line—it was a winding journey built on discipline, connection, and growth. As a Division I runner, I learned the power of consistency and patience. As a yoga teacher, I discovered the importance of balance, presence, and the deep bond between body and mind. And now, as a positive reinforcement dog trainer, I bring those lessons together to help dogs and their people thrive.
I believe dog training is more than teaching behaviors—it’s about creating a relationship rooted in trust, communication, and compassion. Just like yoga, it’s a practice of showing up, being present, and evolving together.
Grounded in ongoing education and a commitment to force-free methods, I strive to support both ends of the leash. By blending the calm of yoga with the science of positive reinforcement, I guide owners in building harmony with their dogs—nurturing not only skills, but also connection.
My brand is inspired by the heart chakra (green) and the crown chakra (purple)—symbols of love, compassion, and growth, as well as wisdom and higher awareness. Together, they reflect my vision: a mindful, compassionate approach to dog training that benefits both dogs and the humans who love them.
